Yona at reception was especially kind, attentive, and helpful. When we asked if the hotel could hold our luggage while we went away for a few days of diving, she said yes without any trouble. Our room was very clean, with housekeeping and fresh towels each day, and water provided daily. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. We stayed with a friend and had a great experience. The place is good value and conveniently located in Canggu, with lots of restaurants nearby and a spa and supermarket within walking distance. Everything was well organized, we felt comfortable and looked after, and we’d happily stay again and recommend it.

The staff were attentive and always smiling, definitely the standout. Breakfast comes as a set, with good taste and lots of variety, though the portion may be small if you eat a lot. My room was in a different building, the same one as the breakfast hall. It was adequately clean, but towels weren’t changed every day. The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos, and the beach is within walking distance.

The rooftop pool is really good and quiet, and the location is excellent. Staff were very nice and helpful, and being able to rent a motorbike at the hotel was great. Cleanliness let me down, though. The bathroom had rusty iron bars and dirty curtains, and it flooded when I showered. The furniture is a bit old, and the TV had no internet connection. I wish the place were cleaner.

The villa is in a good spot in Canggu, less than 10 minutes from the beach, with cafes and restaurants nearby. The long alley leading to it is dark at night, so the paths could use some lighting.

We had a really nice stay. Everyone was so friendly, and Putra was especially sweet and kind. We definitely recommend staying here!
