The Prime Canggu Bali

The interior and landscaping always lifted my mood, and even though the hotel is near the main street, it stayed surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was so good I ate it every day, and I could ask for my room to be cleaned whenever I wanted. I spent four nights and five days at The Prime Canggu and left very happy. It's not an ultra-luxury resort, and a few things were a little dated, like the bathroom facilities. Still, I was extremely satisfied. Rini gave me such a warm welcome, Dian had incredible energy despite her small frame, and Ana was so kind to us at the restaurant each day. Thank you, and see you again!

The central Canggu location made getting around easy. Restaurants, cafés, beaches, and shops were all within walking distance. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the restaurant food was very good. My mother especially loved the fried eggs and kept saying they were among the best she'd had. We stayed five nights in the three-bedroom villa at The Prime Canggu Bali by Kanaya Hospitality. There were some issues with the rooms and bathrooms: visible mould and spots, floors that didn't feel clean, and old, mostly broken shampoo and shower gel containers. Towels were also short each day. We were told it was because there were many guests, which felt unfair. The tea lights and bath matches weren't refilled either, and there wasn't enough hot water for everyone, so some of us had to wait or shower with cool water. Outdoor clothes hangers would help, since there was nowhere for wet swimsuits after the pool. We did enjoy our stay because of the location, staff, and food. Better cleaning and amenities would make the experience much better.

The front desk girls, Rini and Rai, were so welcoming and friendly. Thanks for making the week wonderful! We loved our spacious private pool villa and felt comfortable the whole time. It was very clean, the bed was super comfy, and I slept amazingly. Housekeeping was thorough and kept the amenities topped up. The location is amazing, with everything walkable, or a cheap GoJek ride away. Breakfast was included, but we only went a few times. There are so many great places to eat around Canggu, and we prefer that to a buffet.

The staff are what keep bringing us back to Canggu. Elza, Rai, Dian, Rini, and Sisil are wonderful, with real warmth, professional service, and genuine smiles. They always make us feel welcome and cared for, and hospitality here has heart as well as attention. We return to The Prime Canggu every time we're in Canggu because it feels like home. The rooms are consistently spotless and comfortable, thoughtfully designed with what you need for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere is calm while still being well placed for Canggu's lively side. We wouldn't stay anywhere else here. See you again soon!
