The Uma Canggu

I booked three nights in Room 8 but left after one. I told the receptionist directly that the room and bathroom didn't meet my cleanliness standard. The clean sheets, comfortable bed, working AC, friendly receptionist, and central Canggu location were all good. The floor, though, was dirty, with dried contact lenses from the previous tenant and grime around the edges. The bathroom floor and tap were grimy too, and the shower mat was old and black with dirt. I brought it to reception and asked for a clean one. They didn't have one, but the receptionist kindly gave me a spare towel to use. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I hope this shows the business where it could improve.

Putu was so helpful when we lost our phone 📱. He helped us look for it, and we eventually found it. He is always helping people, thank you so much, Putu 💕 The room was clean, and everyone was very kind. Best experience in Canggu!

We liked it so much that we extended our stay. The staff are amazing, and the rooms and facilities have everything you need. The cat family living here are lovely, too. If you stay, please give the staff some dry cat food. It's inexpensive and goes a long way. Easily the best place to stay in Canggu.

The room was spacious, and there's a lovely green area that's kept up well, along with a pool and gym. Free drinking water was available, too. The staff were really nice and the customer service was great. I'd definitely stay again.
