We loved Hotel Tugu so much that we returned for another stay at the end of our Bali trip. It was a lovely way to finish the journey, and the hotel gave us some of our favourite memories. The location right by the beach in Canggu made it easy to enjoy the ocean, sunsets, and surfing. The restaurants served some of the best food we had in Bali, and breakfast was amazing in beautiful dining spaces. The property feels romantic and peaceful, with every corner seeming thoughtful, historic, artistic, and full of soul. It’s like stepping into a living museum of Indonesian culture, not a generic luxury hotel. The staff were kind, welcoming, and accommodating, and their warmth made the experience special. We can’t wait to return. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay. Five stars all the way. 🌺✨

I stayed at Hotel Tugu Bali for a couple of days, and it was a real experience. The personalized feel surprised me for a boutique luxury hotel. The large rooms have lots of detail, including touches of red, and the design made me feel like Balinese royalty. Service was attentive from check-in through IRD. I also tried the restaurants and enjoyed them. The whole place made me want to leave work behind and relax. I’d recommend it if you want privacy and great hospitality with less of a big-resort feel.

The private pool kept our kids happy between outings, and the suite had enough space for me, my toddler, and my infant. Staff were very warm with the children and adjusted meals when needed. Breakfast had a really good variety, and the service was attentive. I was surprised by how family-friendly it felt despite the museum-like atmosphere. We had an easy, pleasant stay and would recommend it to families visiting Bali/Canggu! 🫶🏻

Hotel Tugu Bali has a distinctive cultural atmosphere and feels like a special place for an authentic Balinese experience. The team is fantastic, always smiling and welcoming, and genuinely focused on making guests’ stays memorable. Their warmth and attention to detail stood out. One of the nicest places to stay in Bali, highly recommended.

We stayed two nights and didn’t want to leave. The room was so spacious, with antiques and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a private home. I especially loved the quiet, secluded plunge pool for late afternoon dips, and the amenities were generous and well considered. The staff were kind and attentive. With its romantic atmosphere, it would be lovely for a honeymoon or date night.
