The quiet setting worked well for resting, while restaurants, cafés, and beaches were still close by. At ValStar Hotel, the pool area was great for relaxing, and breakfast was fresh, tasty, and nicely served each morning. The room was clean and stylish, with a very comfortable bed and thoughtful details. The whole place felt modern, smooth, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Staff were always smiling and happy to help, whether with transport, recommendations, or small requests.

A pretty decent budget hotel run by locals. It was clean, with plenty of water, a fridge, and a decent shower, and I liked the art on the walls. The back has a great view, though I wonder how long it’ll stay that way before villas take over. I was quite impressed by the Western-style buffet breakfast. The room could use bedside lights and a nicer mattress.

The rice paddy view was lovely, and the location worked really well for my training at Nirvana. My room was very comfortable, the breakfast was great, and every staff member was so lovely. The hotel also accommodated all my requests. I highly recommend it.

For me, this hotel offers the best value for money in Bali. Breakfast came with the room and was hearty and nutritious. They also gave vouchers for free desserts and massages, plus a visit to a restaurant with lots of delicious dishes. The steaks on the menu were incredibly good, and the restaurant prices were affordable. Everyone seemed very focused on my comfort and well-being. Ria, Putu, Wayan, Kadek, and others were especially kind and caring. Mr. Ketut, the valet, always greeted me and saw me off with a smile, parking and retrieving my bike.
