We couldn't make it to Bali because of a volcanic eruption on one of its islands, but the villa management was unwilling to hear us out. We had booked four days and asked for a partial refund or a voucher to use later. That seemed like a reasonable request given the circumstances, but they wouldn't consider any kind of settlement. I'd avoid this villa. There are plenty of other places in Canggu and Bali with much better management. Really disappointing.

Villa Milana was even better than I expected. The design is stunning, the layout feels carefully planned, and everything was clean and elegant, with lovely amenities. It's tucked away, yet surprisingly close by. I'd highly recommend it to anyone after a beautiful, luxurious place in Bali. Thank you, villa Milana!

I chose this stunning five-bedroom villa in Canggu for a fashion project photo shoot. The pool with its swing was incredible, and each bedroom had a gorgeous ensuite bathroom. There are three terraces, all with wonderful sunlight. I'd absolutely recommend it, this place deserves six stars.

Our flights were cancelled because of an earthquake around Bali, so we couldn't get to the villa. Management showed no understanding at all and even mocked us when we asked for a partial refund or a voucher. They ignored our plea, then sent emails saying they hoped we'd had a great time. Completely money hungry and awful.

It felt private and peaceful, even though the villa is in a central part of Canggu. There's plenty of space, it's clean and new, and the staff are very helpful. Such a stunning place, with everything you need. Highly recommend!
