The staff make the place feel like a home away from home, with lots of thoughtful little gestures. On our latest stay, the menu had changed and one of our favorite breakfasts was missing, but the chef made it specially for us at checkout and packed it for the journey. The food is healthy and really good, and you can customize the sweetness, spice, and add-ons. I’ve stayed with Zin on three different trips to Bali and left with happy memories each time. I love the lush green resort areas and the multiple pools around the property. Service is impeccable, and the staff do their best to make you comfortable. Highly recommend.

Traveling alone, I felt at ease and well looked after, and I’d definitely return. The staff were welcoming from the start, friendly and attentive, with excellent service. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the food was delicious, with good quality and variety. I also loved the gym and massage. Both were fantastic and made the stay feel even more relaxing.

Zin brings together a hotel, spa, gym, fitness classes like yoga, pilates and spin, plus a co-working space. The staff were friendly, engaging, spoke English, and responded quickly to questions and requests. Special thanks to reception and cafe staff Mayoni, Yusuf, Pasek, Gusti Ayu, Nikeno, Dana, and everyone else. They helped make the vacation relaxed and special. At the cafe, complimentary breakfast includes one meal and two drinks, available until 2pm. We had our meal and a coffee in the morning, then picked up a smoothie around noon. The nourish bowls were healthy, generous portions, and delicious. There are three pools tucked around the property, with peaceful spots for some much-needed me-time. Shops, salons, and massage places are accessible from the hotel, whether you walk, take a motorcycle, or get a Grab. My sister and I found it a peaceful place for our wellness getaway in Bali. It’s a great choice if you want to chill, eat clean, good food, and stay active.

The staff really stood out: polite, attentive, and incredibly quick to respond on WhatsApp, which made everything feel easy. Check-in was welcoming and smooth, with a welcome drink and a clear explanation of the complimentary services. We had a clean, spacious, comfortable Deluxe Room that seemed well maintained. The bathroom finishes could have felt more premium, and the views weren’t special, though that appears true of most rooms and wasn’t a dealbreaker. Breakfast was a highlight. You order from a menu instead of having a buffet, and the food is made fresh. Quality was excellent, with a solid range of coffee and fresh juices. The gym and co-working space also make the property a good fit for digital nomads or longer stays in Canggu. We got two complimentary cocktails each day, but they didn’t meet expectations. Some seemed watered down, perhaps because they were free, although the cocktails we paid for were similar. The bar program has room to improve. ZIN Canggu is a good option for comfort, breakfast, and service, especially for an extended stay. Better cocktails and more premium bathroom finishes could take it from good to great.
