Ascott Menteng Jakarta

Having a kitchen and washer/dryer in the spacious one-bedroom suite made it feel like a comfortable home before our international flight. I was traveling with my pups for four nights, and everyone we met on staff was kind and welcoming. The whole property, inside and out, was spotlessly clean. I also liked being able to walk five minutes to a local grocery market for fresh fruit for breakfast, part of my usual morning routine. There are good coffee options on the block, and the in-room espresso machine was handy. Staying at Ascott with pets made the days before a long trip much more restful. I'll definitely return.

We had a great time at Ascott Menteng and would recommend it. Rivaldo drove our airport pickup and was cheerful and excellent behind the wheel. We then booked him for a six-hour tour of PIK and saw more than we expected. Tamara and Ridwan at reception were helpful on our last day, and the housekeeping team did a great job. The room was clean and organized, and service was strong throughout.

Breakfast was a highlight, with lots to choose from and delicious food. I also appreciated how easy it was to get around Jakarta from this strategic location, with restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby. I stayed February 4-5 in the Studio Premier Room. It was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the balcony had a lovely view of Monas. The rooftop pool offered a great city view as well. Agnes and Nirwan from Guest Service and Front Desk were warm and helpful, making everything from check-in through check-out feel smooth. It was a relaxing visit, and I'd happily recommend the hotel and come back.

Sufi entertainment and Middle Eastern band music gave our iftar evening a lovely atmosphere. The buffet at A.RA.SA Restaurant & Bar had a broad range of tasty dishes, and the food stalls were arranged in a very appealing way. The interior felt comfortable and suited breaking the fast. The waiters were friendly and ready to help, which made dinner more enjoyable. Thanks to Ms. Diaz from the Sales team for arranging our reservation and assisting me and my team so professionally. I'd recommend it for iftar.
