Janjisurga by Ekosistem

Waking up and going to sleep with the river and waterfall sounds from our room was a lovely way to feel close to nature. We had a quiet, relaxing stay, and the hotel matched the tropical rainforest paradise I’d imagined. Thank you especially for giving me the room facing the water. We’ll be back.

I left feeling cared for and refreshed after two nights at Janjisurga. It was so peaceful, a welcome break from everyday busyness. The staff were warm, polite, and sincerely helpful, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the small details in the room made it feel especially welcoming. I’d happily return for another serene getaway.

The villas are all individually designed, with lovely decor and art, and the architecture really stood out to us. We slept deeply in very comfortable beds. The team’s kindness was clear from the moment we arrived, and the attentive staff made sure we were looked after. Breakfast can be brought to your villa, and there’s a small dinner menu too. The staff were happy to help with every request. The property sits in a peaceful jungle-like setting that feels like its own little world, even though Canggu is about a 15-minute drive away. We had a wonderful stay at Janjisurga Hotel and would gladly return. It’s a lovely option if you want quiet and nature while staying close to Canggu.

Kama Villa was quiet, private, and filled with soft light, natural textures, and thoughtful touches. Janjisurga Bali, in Tabanan, has just five villas, all beautifully designed and surrounded by nature. You can feel how much care went into the whole place, from the chosen art to the warm atmosphere. It’s a calm, minimal escape from the crowds, and one of my favorite stays in Bali.
