Getting here is easy, it's close to the city center, and there are plenty of coffee shops nearby. The room was clean, the staff were really helpful, and the food was pretty good. Luthfi from the restaurant was especially kind. I did have one small issue with the toilet design: my knees didn't fit comfortably when I sat down. Still, a good stay.

The location is very convenient, in a busy area near a mall and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast had a good range of options and tasted pretty good. The room and bed were comfortable, too, though the window looked straight into the breakfast restaurant, which felt awkward and like a forced design choice. The bathroom had a fixed shower and a low faucet, but no flexible hand shower. We arrived at night, and my wife had a lot of things with her. The hotel staff didn't help us, so service was lacking. I had expected this to be the best hotel in Cianjur.

The room felt cozy and comfortable, and it had a lovely smell that made me feel at home. I also liked the attention to detail in the decor and amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the stay was a real treat. I stayed at Hotel Gino Ferruci Cianjur last weekend and would happily come back. 😊

I had trouble finding transportation from the hotel to my project site in the city. Mr. Seykha helped me out during my three-night stay, and I really appreciate it. The service here is excellent. Thank you so much! 👍🏻👏🏼
