The location is strategic and the room is really comfortable, but the linen was dirty and there wasn’t a table. The shower had problems too. To me, it felt more like a boarding house than a hotel.

I stayed three days and had a good experience. I let them know by phone that I’d arrive late, and two staff members waited for me until midnight. The hotel is only 1.5 km from the airport, about a 10-minute drive. Google Maps guided me there easily, right in the middle of a shopping street. There’s no car parking at the hotel, so I had to use the mall, which cost 15,000 rupiah per day. There are shops, restaurants, a hair salon, a money changer, and souvenir shops right beside it. I’d recommend it for travelers who are out and about during the day and just need a budget place to sleep at night.

The price isn’t listed in apps, so you have to bargain first, like at a traditional market. They provide a TV, but the antenna quality is poor. There are no complimentary basics like mineral water or soap, and the bathroom and wardrobe have no hangers. A terrible experience for me.

The worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. I couldn’t get a room at 11 at night, and they kept my money. Unbelievable.
