I booked through Traveloka, but at the location they told me the rooms were full. When I asked management to take responsibility, they didn't offer a good solution. It felt like fraud.

After traveling a long way, I was told to wait until noon to check in, and the check-in time wasn't clear. The TV is just a dirty water decoration, and there's no wifi service. Really bad. Don't go here.

I was so annoyed. I'd already reserved and paid through the app, but when I arrived they said the room was full. They offered another villa, but I'd have to pay again. If someone has a reservation, please don't give their room to somebody else.

Thank God, it was comfortable.
