Quest Hotel Cikarang

The pool was kid-friendly, and the staff responded quickly when we lost our key. They kept it and returned it to us in the lobby. We had a nice, simple stay at Industrial City, with a clean, comfortable room and complete amenities, including a hairdryer. Everything in the room was good, except the TV was regular cable, not a smart TV.

The pool and restaurant added to the relaxing feel of my trip, and the location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. When I arrived at Quest Hotel Cikarang, the staff greeted me warmly and professionally. My room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the hotel for a great stay. I can't wait to return!

The food was very nice, with plenty of choices at reasonable prices. I was also impressed by the initiative to reduce plastic and use a recycle comb. The staff were kind, highly committed, and responsible. My thanks to everyone for the service and commitment. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in so far.

The kids were thrilled with the infinity pool and its sunset view, and the bar and lounge downstairs is nicely designed, with indoor and outdoor seating for private events. We stayed over New Year's Eve with our big family, and it was surprisingly quiet. We barely heard fireworks nearby, just some in the distance, so it was a good escape from city noise. The room was clean and had a spacious bathroom, a water boiler, and a dispenser just outside. It seems handy for parents with babies or kids. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, Indonesian and Western food, bread and pastries, cereal, and an egg station just outside the area.
