We expected a relaxing holiday, but ended up with a stressful, terrible night. The place was very dirty and poorly maintained, with old, rusty furniture, not enough running water, rude service providers, and a rocky beach view. It was overpriced too 😠😠😠 We tried calling room service, but nobody answered. The other number posted on the room wall reached someone who said the villa on the shore wasn’t their responsibility and that we should take complaints to "Bu Haji". We were really disappointed and will never return. Highly not recommended.

For a vacation with a sea or beach view, OYO 951 Cempaka Ratu Beach Resort is a good choice. It has a beautiful view, costs less, and is an enjoyable place to stay.

The room felt damp because there wasn’t enough ventilation, including in the bathroom. The toilet flush didn’t work, the aircon wasn’t cold, and the TV reception was poor with only a few channels. The swimming pool was dirty too. This place really needs a renovation.
