Parking is convenient for both cars and motorcycles, although spaces are getting harder to find day by day. Food is available, and the building also has laundry, a convenience store, and parcel delivery. Its location is handy, close to a toll road exit with traffic jams being rare. There isn't a bus to the building, though, so you'll need a personal vehicle or a taxi. The quality of the room depends on the owner, but the building itself is new and well maintained. Elevators require an access card, which makes security good.

I don't know what thin material they used for the walls, but every day I'm complaining about how noisy the people next door are. Or maybe they just have no common sense. Seriously, think twice before living here. If you've got more money, buy the expensive condo. The building management and security guards do deserve credit, though, they're always helpful. :)

It's in a strategic spot for people working in Jababeka. The units can vary, but the building facilities have been improving lately.
