The room was clean overall, and the receptionist and cleaner gave very good service. The bedsheets and pillows, though, were awful. Management should work out how to keep the white sheets white instead of yellow or black. There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room either, which just doesn’t make sense.

A nice place to stay in Cikarang. The room was clean and comfortable, like a hotel room, and you can bring your own extra bed if you need one. The pool is great for kids and suitable for adults too.

Great value for the quality. I’d definitely recommend it.

Dusty, spider webs everywhere, and unsafe. We were in the middle of a violent earthquake during our stay. We rushed out of our room to find an emergency exit, but one was locked. After searching, we found another exit, only to discover the lights were off. We kept going through the darkness until we found a way out. After the quake, I asked to change rooms because the wall had a fresh crack. I have video of the crack and the emergency exits. I also told the front desk that the emergency exit lights shouldn’t be switched off. Two days later, I checked and nothing had been done. Breakfast was a terrible experience every morning. It was cooked to order in the restaurant by the pool, but each waitress seemed to say something different. When I asked for a Western breakfast, they served half the size, saying the price was different. Nothing was clear. The front desk staff were nice and smiled, but their English was poor. EGI, the housekeeper who cleaned our room, spoke English very well. There’s a laundry photo on their site, but the shop is closed. This was my first review, and it’ll be my last. Stay at your own risk.
