Citismart Hotel Cikarang

The room was clean and the price was affordable, though the beds made me a bit itchy and could use more cleaning. Breakfast was included, but the nasi goreng and mee goreng weren't good, so I could have skipped them. Coffee and bread were enough for me. At night the kids were bothering me. Please let them know to keep quiet.

The room had a TV, toothbrush, and two bottles of drinking water. I booked a non-smoking room and it was clean, though cigarette smoke still lingered around the hotel, especially by the lift. I also found some little ants in my room out of nowhere. Bring your own hygiene items, or pick some up downstairs. It's a budget place for a short stay, inside a shophouse complex. The receptionist was kind and helpful, and there's a minimarket in the lobby. For overnight parking, the hotel gives you stamps so you don't have to pay. They also take an IDR 100.000 deposit for the room card, returned when you check out. On checkout day, the receptionist asked how comfortable the room had been, which was good service. Breakfast starts at 7 AM. Don't expect much: it's fried rice, fried noodles, whole bread, tea, and coffee, so I'd look for a more nutritious breakfast elsewhere.

The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom had a simple, elegant look. You also get a hot shower, TV, and WiFi, plus a complimentary drink and breakfast. For a similar rate, I think this is the best hotel choice in Cikarang Selatan.

The corner rooms were quiet despite the street noise. Breakfast was fabulous, and the place was super clean.
