I liked taking photos from above our room because the view and lighting were good. They also followed the COVID protocol pretty well, checking body temperatures, providing hand sanitizer, and requiring masks. The facilities weren't good enough for the price, though, and overall it was neither good nor bad. Thanks for the experience, but it wasn't worth it.

Our power suddenly went out at home at night, so we needed the cheapest nearby place for an emergency stay. I was nervous since this hotel was new and cost only 117k, but it turned out much better than I expected for that price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, though I did spot a few ants. It was quiet enough to get good rest. The room had AC, a large LCD TV with cable, a desk, and a comfortable clean bed with fresh sheets. The bathroom was stocked with two towels, a bath mat, shampoo, soap, a dental kit, liquid hand wash, and even a pump bottle of nice body lotion. I'd come back if I needed a place in an emergency.

The room had plenty of space, but it wasn't clean. The sheet was dirty, the pillows had stains, and the floor needed cleaning too. There was also a long line at reception. I hope OYO 258 improves both cleanliness and service.

The next morning, water stopped running throughout the building. Staff didn't know why and hurried to ask apartment management, who said they were filling the swimming pool that morning while guests needed water. They could have done that at midnight, but instead our morning was left without water. When it finally came back, the water was dirty and full of sediment. I also arrived at 5 pm to find staff still cleaning rooms and making beds, so I couldn't check in right away, even though 2 pm is the standard check-in time. I'm done with this stupid "flagship" OYO.
