The apartment is clean and well built, and it’s close to Lotte Mart and lots of offices and factories, so it suits people working nearby. The large pool, fitness center, sayna, basketball court, and other facilities are nice. There aren’t many shops open in the area yet, so having a car is better if you stay here.
The facilities are kept clean and in good working order, from the pool and hot pool to the basketball court. The scenery is lovely and relaxing, and it’s easy to get fast food nearby. There’s a mini market by the next entrance. Madoka Japanesse Restaurant is a 10-minute walk, while Asuka Japanesse Restaurant is 25 minutes by bicycle. Nice!
The location is strategic and the design is great, but around noon the lobby security team came across as arrogant and overbearing. Maybe they don’t have much else to do, but they spoke like bosses and demanded respect, which made people uncomfortable. When working in a large property, they should behave more appropriately and speak politely to everyone, without discrimination. Thank you.

For anyone working nearby and looking for somewhere to live, this is the best choice. It’s the only residential apartment around with all the facilities available.
