Breakfast was one of the best parts of my stay: lots of tasty choices, and Cahya from the breakfast team made the morning even better with warm, outstanding service. The hotel is in a strategic spot near everything I might need, so getting around was easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, a nice place to unwind after a busy day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. I had a great visit and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone coming to the area.

Update: I was pressured to give a five-star rating while eating breakfast, so I'm changing my review. The room was decent, but the AC and power were messed up. I was moved to another room, where switching off the lamp also cuts power to the charging outlet.

I was here on a business trip. The hotel's location is strategic for getting to the mall, the room was clean and quite good, and the restaurant food was served well.
