The location is strategic, but the room feels more like a studio apartment for rent. It's supposed to be non-smoking, yet there were cigarette butts. The sink still had food residue, which was gross, and there was a condom wrapper in the toilet. They asked for the room to be cleaned again, but the trash still wasn't taken out.

I wouldn't recommend this room at all. It was like a goat room, smelled bad, and seemed completely unmaintained. It's not fit to stay in. I asked for a refund and was turned down. I didn't cancel just because my plans changed. The room I found was in very poor condition and nowhere near what I expected for a comfortable stay. Some of the amenities were missing, including the AC remote, which made things significantly less comfortable. The hotel's overall condition also felt entirely unsuitable for guests. The facilities and service quality didn't match what I expected when I booked, and I feel I've been treated unfairly as a customer.
