My lobby fell at 1:40 on Sunday morning. The ceramic tiles on the first floor and ground floor are supposed to be different colors. Check the CCTV if you want to see what happened more clearly.

The lobby was clean, and parking is free. There's a set of steps down in front of reception, but the floor colors are all the same and there are no signs or markings to show the change in level. People keep falling there. Please use a different floor color or maybe a carpet to make it more noticeable. Thank you.

The technician takes too long to show up. It's always late, even when the issue was reported 30 minutes earlier.

The route to access the oasis winds around and feels extremely dangerous. I also think the urgency is misplaced. I agree with the EMC entrance; a chain could have been used to block it off, like at Medirosa Hospital in Jababeka. The security guards are incredibly arrogant and completely useless.
