10/10
I could walk across the apartment to reach Indomaret, a cafe, an Italian restaurant, Baek Korean restaurant, and a live music venue. The apartment itself feels quite luxurious, with its own onsen, swimming pool, and Japanese restaurant that gives residents a 10% discount. It's a good option for expats: the staff can communicate in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, and English. The internet speed is quite high, and security is very tight, with CCTV everywhere and military personnel sometimes guarding the property.
