I was here for a two-day, two-night business trip. The hotel is very luxurious, but the service could be much better. We'd already booked and paid through a travel agent, yet still had to pay a 500k deposit. That's about a third of the hotel price. They also wouldn't hold my food delivery at reception, so I had to run down from the 22nd floor to G. And the Wi-Fi kept logging me out. Please fix it.

For a business visit to Cikarang, this is a great hotel. The food and service were excellent, and Alin at the AJB resto was especially attentive and worked hard to take good care of us.

The food was quite tasty, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nuanza Hotel is a beautiful, accommodating place to stay in Chikarang, with a spa, pool, and plenty of restaurants and bars. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
