I really can't recommend this. Even though you've paid through the app, if you can't stay, they count it as unpaid. Then you lose that money and have to find another hotel. Hopefully nobody else becomes a victim.

I couldn't get a refund because the ag*da app's deadline was one day before arrival. The accommodation itself was unclear. I booked through the app, but the address was hard to find and the building had no name banner like the photo. It looked like a boarding house, with unlocked doors and no security guard, customer service, or receptionist. The contact person kept talking. The empty room wasn't locked and looked messy.

Be careful if you plan to book here. I made a reservation through the ago*a app, but couldn't reach the boarding house manager, so I had to find another hotel.
