The room was large, but it looked old and hadn't been cared for: dusty floors, peeling wallpaper, and a heavy stale cigarette smell. When we arrived around 19:00, nobody was available to help with our bags. Check-in itself was polite, though nothing special. We had to ask for towels because there were none in the room. They didn't arrive until about 20:00, which I found unacceptable. The bathroom fittings were discolored and very old, and the kettle had brown residue inside. During the night, my wife and I both became increasingly itchy in bed. The outdoor AC compressor also hummed and vibrated loudly enough to disturb our sleep. This feels like an aging hotel with very little upkeep. I'd avoid the villa suite. If you only need a short stay, the main building might be a little better. I wouldn't recommend it without major improvements.

The room was old, the pool was dirty, and only three sockets worked. The receptionist was unfriendly at check-in. I arrived around 21.00 and had dinner before asking for a towel at 23.00. They said housekeeping wasn't available, so they couldn't provide one. How difficult is it to find a clean towel? Then in the morning I asked for extra water and was charged 25k for a 330ml bottle. I may be forgetting other problems too. Calling this four stars is a disgrace to four star hotels elsewhere. Spend your money somewhere else, Sahid isn't worth it.

VERA at reception was especially warm and welcoming, and the reception staff were friendly in general. The rooms felt spacious and pleasant, and the central location made it easy to get to shops and restaurants. The air conditioning seemed a bit dated, while the pool area looked somewhat washed out. Breakfast wasn't quite to my taste, but it was very good value for the price.

The location is the hotel's strongest point. I had an issue in my room after checking in, but reception reacted quickly and moved me straight away. ANDRE helped with the room change, and KEVIN and BELLA were friendly and polite. RISA, the waitress at Bushido restaurant, was also warm and genuinely attentive. I did notice a lot of stains on the bed linen and pillowcases, and the room should be checked for pests before guests use it. Insects came in after I checked in. Still, good job to the team overall. My family and I had a lovely, relaxing time at Sahid Jaya Lippo Cikarang. We spent time outside by the pool and at the Mini Zoo, and meditated in the wooden garden area. We also had a good laugh and lunch outdoors. Breakfast had plenty of choices, including a Japanese corner, which was the best part for us. The service was much appreciated, and the kids had a great time. Some rooms have been renovated and others are maintained, and we were happy with ours. We've recommended the hotel to friends and will definitely return. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so nice.
