We’ve stayed here three times now, and the experience has generally been satisfying. The suite cost a little over IDR 900,000, which still felt reasonable for the service. Breakfast was much better than on our first visit, with lots of tasty dishes this time. A friendly front office staff member even offered cotton candy to our child, a sweet gesture that made things nicer. The room was generally clean, though a small blood stain on the bedsheet should have been caught. The same problems were there again too: the bathroom blower didn’t work, and the glass light went off when we used the hair dryer.

The staff were friendly, quick to help, and more responsive than I expected, and the rate is affordable enough to make the stay reasonably worthwhile. Still, breakfast didn’t impress me much, either for taste or variety. Getting to the hotel was also awkward because the outdoor parking required a long detour due to the renovation work, and it has no cover, so you can get rained on walking over. Better parking arrangements and breakfast would make the experience much better.

A few spots looked a bit rusty, and even though I asked for a non-smoking room, I could smell cigarettes in the hallway and inside the room. Still, the breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious, with full amenities, a large fridge, microwave, and even a small detail like a flashlight.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff were so friendly. Guests can use the gym, and there’s a rooftop pool with a great view. The amenities are really good too: toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer in the bathroom, plus a fridge and kettle in each room with complimentary sugar, coffee, and tea.
