The room was a decent size and worth the price, but it didn’t have the WiFi, coffee, or tea that Agoda offers. Please fix that. Maybe it was just the room I got 😁 Thank you.

The room was dirty, with a lot of rubbish left by the previous occupant. They gave us one towel, and it must have been white once, but now it’s black and dirty. The TV only had one MTV channel. There was a kettle, but its cord was so short that plugging it in set off the overload alarm. NOT RECOMMENDED

At the same price, Oyo has more complete amenities and responds promptly when you ask for something. Here, the staff are slow, and it’s frustrating that the receptionist is often away.

The location is convenient, but the facilities are really lacking. The power kept cutting out. I turned off the AC and all the lights so the water heater could run, but the electricity still went off. The sheet was torn, too.

The staff were very friendly, and when I mentioned that my first room didn’t seem properly cleaned, they quickly moved me to another one. That room was better, though I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness at first. 👍👍👍👍
