Everything else was great, and breakfast would be better with some fresh juice. In the Fave hotel rooms, the air circulation could improve, and wet floors take a long time to dry. Fian asked us to leave a review.

The staff were lovely and friendly, and breakfast had plenty of choices. They even offer free pick-up and drop-off at Cilacap Train Station. We stayed in two bedrooms for two nights, from 18-20Jan. The hotel is a very nice four-star place in central Cilacap town, with tidy, clean interiors and a cozy feel. The Google smart instructions are high tech, using a Google nest mini instead of room phone lines. Thanks, Aston inn Cilacap! We'll definitely come back.

Mr. Rifai made our event experience wonderful. He was friendly, easy to approach, and ready to help with whatever we needed. His professionalism and attentiveness kept us comfortable and welcome, and he made sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciate his kindness and dedication.

The food is good quality, though the flavors could still use some work. The rooms have a warm atmosphere that feels unlike anywhere else in Cilacap. I'd say it's the best hotel in town.

Kak Afira and Kak Syifa helped us with a quick CO, thanks to them. The service made for an incredible stay in Cilacap. Recommended if you're looking for somewhere clean and tidy, with a rooftop swimming pool.
