D'Rey Hotel

For the price, everything is good, and I don't regret staying here. Next time I'll just book through WhatsApp.

The place is really comfortable, but the employees make it uncomfortable. They usually bring food and leave it outside if you're not awake, but this time there was nothing. One employee also frowned and was unfriendly. What the fuck.

Service was zero. Yesterday, April 5, 2025, at 14.15, another guest opened my room while my husband and I were asleep, around 4 pm. The FO had given them a master card that can open every room. Guests checking in should get a card or key that only opens their own room. This wasn't the first problem. Earlier, when I checked in at Dr. Rey, the room was ready but there were no towels. My husband and I were already inside and didn't know housekeeping wanted to take me to my room. Someone from housekeeping suddenly came in without knocking. Management wouldn't take responsibility. We felt uncomfortable and uneasy, so we checked out immediately at 5 pm. They didn't even offer any compensation. I feel we were treated unfairly because our privacy was disturbed.

I was rushing to check out and spilled some Aqua water. The receptionist said it had soaked through two layers and reached the mattress. It wasn't even half a bottle, so what? They'd already taken 100k for a small stain, then charged me 50k more, saying the cloudy weather meant they had to lower the mattress. Hilarious.
