Guest services were prompt and pleasant. The hotel has a restaurant, a coffee outlet, a simple lounge bar, and an event ballroom, with local food shops and stalls outside. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on most days, but on Mondays, when it's closed, you have to order it to your room. We were staying four nights, so we ended up upgrading to a room with actual windows. The first room felt like a showroom, with no windows and a full glass panel across the room from the front door, covered only by a curtain. We booked for three people, and the room size was reasonable, with one queen bed and an extra single. I'd suggest asking to inspect the room before checking in, so you don't have to lug your luggage around if you need to change rooms. This was my first time trying this hotel in Cilacap. It's near Rita Supermarket.

The room was clean, the location is convenient near alunhalun, and breakfast was good for a fairly cheap price.

The restaurant served good local food, and I found the room and bathroom clean and tidy, with enough amenities. I honestly wasn't expecting much, but the stay turned out to be comfortable and the hotel surprisingly nice. Parking is a bit limited. They're putting up a new building beside the old one, so hopefully that will make the place better in the future.

The room was clean and nice, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The staff were very helpful, and the food was good. The hotel has basic facilities. I had to check in early and pay 59% extra, which felt a bit too high, but after such a comfortable stay I have no complaints.

I stayed for a week in the east wing on the 3rd floor. The room was very spacious for its price, excellent. The hotel staff responded to my complaints, fixing the bathroom exhaust fan and broken trash bin within hours. The street noise from motorbikes was loud around midnight, so I should have chosen a room in the west wing. Parking also needs improvement, as there isn't enough space during peak seasons.
