On my stay a few months ago, the 17th floor felt really uncomfortable and unsafe. People were constantly moving through the corridor, carrying lots of things from early morning until late at night. Near the very end, maybe unit 1 or 2, there was often loud laughing and screaming, and sometimes kids ran or shouted in the hallway. The elevator access didn’t feel controlled either. It supposedly needs a card or fingerprint, but it seemed anyone could get in by asking security. I wouldn’t recommend this if you want somewhere safe, quiet, and comfortable.

I planned to stay for at least a month, but checked out in less than a week. There were so many cockroaches, and the place was dirty and unhygienic. The marketing agent offered a room on another floor, but it was in much worse condition. Find somewhere else if you can.

The room was almost dark because the lights were so dim, and the toilet door was broken. Getting to the elevator was a hassle too: guests don’t have access cards, and security wasn’t stationed there, so I had to go back to the entrance to ask. It fell well short of what I expected.
