The room was a mess, dirty and poorly cared for, like it had been abandoned. The sofa was broken and the room smelled of cigarettes. I’d paid through the app, but had no idea what was going on or what I was supposed to ask.
I paid through the app, then was told to cancel right there or pay extra. I got no refund at all. I don’t want to be the one who loses out here.
I waited a long time, but there was no room and I didn’t get my money back.
