Wouldn't recommend it. The staff were awful.

I booked through the app and went to the location, only to be told the rooms were full or unavailable, or that they no longer worked with the other party. What happens to the money I paid through the app? If that's the situation, the listing should be taken down. When I asked about a refund, they told me to check with someone else. Please handle this more professionally.

I booked through PegiPegi for January 12, 2023 at 10 PM and arrived at the address at 00:30 on January 13, 2023. Nobody was there. It was just a shop for water refills, not a hotel. I don't know whether PegiPegi scammed me, but I lost my money and couldn't get a refund. PegiPegi, please check this listing because there is no hotel there. The address is fictitious: tsathanyyamentagana, a water refill place.

Booking through agxxx is pointless. They end up saying there's no room available and won't take responsibility for finding another hotel.

Don't book this accommodation. The owner said they no longer work with us.
