The rates are low for a four-star hotel, with a standard room around IDR 500,000. It’s in Puncak Pass, one of the coldest spots in Puncak, and the hotel itself is good. The building feels rather old, though, and cleanliness in the rooms, swimming pool, and play park could be better.

I was stuck in the bathroom for over 30 minutes because the doorknob was broken, and it seems they’ve left it that way. The tea and coffee provided in the room were no help either, since there was no coffee maker to prepare them. Where was the four-star hotel experience? Did it disappear into the fog that had just passed through?
