The room was decent, but I have mixed feelings about staying here. The rates seemed to change a lot, and I'm not sure how to explain it. I did like the mi ayam bapak gaul at its parking space, and he was very humble.

I felt at home here. The location is convenient for food spots and tourist attractions around Cipanas, the room is comfortable, parking is ample, the staff are friendly, and the price is reasonable. What let it down for me was the limited rooms, and the bathroom only had towels, with no other amenities. There was no Wi-Fi or TV either. I'm sorry to take off stars, but D'Akasia asking me at 11:00 AM to extend my stay felt like being kicked out, when OYO's checkout time should be 12:30 PM.

I booked on Friday for Saturday and traveled all the way from Tangerang. Even though I'd paid by transfer, I arrived to find the rooms were full and the booking had been canceled unilaterally. The amount of money isn't the point, the service was poor.

I booked and paid for this lousy hotel from home, then came all the way here. When I went to check in, they canceled because the room was full. How can a room be full after I've booked it? If there really wasn't space, they should have told me. They have my phone number.

The listing says the room has AC, but there wasn't any, and they didn't even provide a bathroom mat. The parking lot is spacious, though. Please make the information match what's actually there, so things can be blessed...
