Horison Resort Tulip Puncak

Syifa has a good personality and does her job well. She was helpful. This was our first stay, and our clean, tidy room and the facilities really impressed us. We’ll be back soon and would recommend the hotel to our clients. Thank you. RXYF & RDYF Family 🫶🏻

The peaceful atmosphere at Horison Tulip Puncak Resort made it a lovely place for a getaway. Service felt warm and personal, and the dining was good, with fresh, flavorful food, plenty of variety and generous portions. Our room was impeccably clean, with attention to detail. It was a pleasant stay, and I’d definitely come back. Thank you, Horison Tulip Puncak Resort.

The road leading to the hotel is terrible, which made a poor first impression. Inside, though, the property is clean and in a strategic spot for visiting nearby attractions, so it works as a staycation option. A few things need attention: the bed was uncomfortable, there’s no phone line to reach staff for help, and breakfast was very standard. The porridge, for example, was served cold, which was disappointing.

The pool was the standout for the kids, who loved the facilities. We spent two nights here as a family and had a fantastic stay. The rooms were spacious enough and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices and friendly service.
