Hotel Cianjur Cipanas

I liked the recreational facilities, including a heated pool, game area and plenty more. The ambience was good and relaxing. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly, and they took my feedback positively and acted on it right away. Thanks to the staff and managers on duty for the great work. Highly recommended. I’m planning more trips with friends and family.

For an affordable hotel, it’s about what you’d expect. The room is spacious, the view is pretty good, and there’s parking plus access to the gym and pool. Food and coffee are nearby, and the price is cheap. The downsides: the Wi-Fi is poor, hot water lasts only a few minutes, and the room could be cleaner.

The hotel is in a strategic location, with food, a pharmacy, groceries and street food easy to find nearby. Staff are friendly, rooms are large enough and clean, and breakfast has a good menu. Try the porridge and fried rice. The adult pool has warm water, but only on weekends.

Our room was big enough for the four of us, and the view was great. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days for the first time, and were impressed by the cozy, well-equipped facilities and the hospitality from all the staff. We’ll plan another staycation here. Thank you.
