Le Eminence Puncak Hotel Convention & Resort

The food was good, the room was comfy, and the view was REALLY NICE 👌🏻. There’s plenty for kids too, including a cinema, VR games, an indoor playground, ATV rides and horse rides. It was my first time at Le Eminence, and I’d love to come back for a longer stay hehe 🍃✨️☀️🫶🏻. The chef was kind enough to tell us the tree and rocks were edible, so we tried them. Love it love it! 🫶🏻

I left really satisfied after my first stay at Le Eminence. There’s a lot to do in the recreation area, which is great for kids if they get bored. The food stood out too, with lots of choices. The staff member who welcomed me, “MILA’, was friendly, helpful, and had a lovely attitude. They even offered a free photo session with a photographer. The hotel has so much, from little things to big things. More than good for a five-star stay. Gak sabar pengen balik lagi ke hotel Le Eminence. Thankyou

At 89 SGD a night for the weekend, the price felt very reasonable. Breakfast was also good value at 15 SGD per person, with plenty to choose from, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth through Trip.com. There’s a lot for families here: a zip line, rice fields, a glass Cafe, animal enclosures, and a restaurant by the river, plus RC car racing, a kids’ play area, photography services, a gym, and a nice pool. The balcony view is stunning, with green mountains ahead and a stream below. The rooms are spacious, though otherwise just OK with basic amenities. The hotel sits farther up the road than the others and takes up a large area on both sides of the stream. That water is very noisy, even with the balcony doors shut and curtains drawn. The bathroom smelled so bad we had to keep spraying room freshener just to use it. Fix those two issues and this would be an absolute gem for the money.

My wife and I came for a weekend away, and we had a clean, comfortable room with great hospitality from the staff. The food was varied and tasty. Mas Julkifli was especially helpful during breakfast. We’ll definitely come back.
