Palace Hotel Cipanas

We had a great stay here with the family, and I’d come back next time. The staff were very, very kind, and breakfast was really yummy, with self-service options as well as someone who could prepare a special meal. There’s a kind of farm behind the hotel and a big area to walk around and look at. Even though there’s a gym, I preferred a walk in the nice weather.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and breakfast was decent. I especially liked the fresh salad. My Superior Room at Hotel Palace Cipanas was quite spacious for a basic room, with a small fridge, working AC, and a large bathroom with essential toiletries. Cleanliness was a little disappointing: the floor looked clean but came up dirty on tissue, and some tiles in my room were damaged. The towels also seemed old, thin, and discolored, and probably need replacing.

Breakfast was just normal, and I couldn’t get a good rest here. From check-in through the night and into the morning, people kept shouting outside or talking loudly in the corridor. At night, singing from the lobby lounge was also disturbing, and nobody answered when I tried calling reception on the extensions. The hotel is easy to find beside the main road, and the staff helped carry my luggage at check-in. My room was spacious, but the old mattress was uncomfortable and I could feel its springs. The towel smelled strange, so I didn’t dare use it. Parents should keep kids off the balcony, as its fence is too low and someone could fall if careless.

Room 1023 was big, and I liked staying here with my family. The staff were really friendly and polite. Still, the rooms could use renovation, and the floors need cleaning more often. The rain shower looked like old metal, the pool was kind of dirty, and the bathroom shower needs an upgrade too. Please check the bathroom for insects when cleaning our room.
