The cool air and natural surroundings at Puncak Pass Resort were relaxing, and the view is beautiful. What let the stay down was the service, especially at the front office. The staff member I dealt with seemed not to understand how to serve guests well. He was unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed little professionalism or empathy toward guests’ needs. For someone in hospitality, that was unacceptable. It’s a shame, because the place has great potential with that view, but the service ruined what could have been a wonderful stay.

Room 104 had a balcony view and was clean all around, from the bed and sheets to the floor and bathroom. There were no unusual smells. It was a great night and worth the price, even without a welcome drink 😋. It gets so cold at night that air conditioning isn’t needed.

The outdoor deck has a lovely view of Puncak. From the Heritage menu, I especially enjoyed the Hollandse Poffertjes, served warm and so comforting in the cool weather. The Pannekoek Puncak Pass was great too. Highly recommend!

We only had a meal at the restaurant, and the crew were friendly and helpful. The food was good too, with the same taste I remembered from a long time ago.

The coffee shop has an amazing view, and I liked the old-style atmosphere. The Pofertjes, Panecake, and Bitterbalen were tasty.
