A few things to budget for: there’s an extra charge for each adult or child above the guest quota, so work out the full rental price before booking. For a two-night stay, they provide one gallon of drinking water, and any more is at your expense. One canister of cooking gas covers two days, with further gas charged separately. The security guard didn't respond to guest complaints, and the shower's hot water only worked on the first night of our two-day stay. The villa itself has a nice building and interior, with spacious family rooms on both the first and second floors. The upper terrace has a beautiful sunrise view, and the road out front is quiet and a dead end for cars. There’s CCTV, a gazebo, and a grassy area big enough for badminton. The mini pool is about the size of two or three bathtubs, and there are enough cooking utensils.

The building is attractive and spacious, and it was fairly clean. Cooking utensils were provided. But the service from the owner wasn't good, and I'd think twice before renting here again. The water heater didn't work, so we had to shower in cold water. For two nights, they provided only one gallon of water, though I think they should have supplied at least two since a gallon doesn't cost much. Extra guests were charged around 100k per person. I've rented various villas in the Puncak area, and hadn't come across that charge before. An extra fee is understandable, but 100k per person felt expensive. The gas was already low when we arrived and ran out as soon as we used it. I expected the villa to replace the cylinder, but we had to buy more ourselves, adding to the cost. Please improve the service.
