Hendro, the Manager, and Tiffany, who served me, were so helpful when I asked for a special order at the restaurant. Thanks to them and the Chef.

What keeps bringing me back is the service. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, outgoing, and polite, and the chef even came by during dinner to explain the dish and check that everything was fine. The food is excellent too, with seven restaurants covering Japanese teppanyaki, Korean, Thai, two Indonesian options, and a Western restaurant, plus a bar. The hotel room itself is standard, but the restaurants are the main attraction and the dishes are so good. The spa was decent as well. This feels like a well-earned five stars, and I'd return for the food and service. Thanks to the hotel staff and to Mr. Didin, the owner.

We had a great stay with Mom and the kids. Our two connecting rooms were clean and spacious, with a bathtub and fridge, and enough room to lay out a sajadah. Breakfast was good, and Dannis, the kind and informative woman on the phone, was very helpful. We checked in at 1 pm.

The Japanese restaurant was a highlight, with teppanyaki prepared by a personal chef, and the staff gave us great service throughout our two-night stay. The place was friendly and clean, and it's just a five-minute walk from the train station. We were very happy staying here and would recommend it to anyone stopping in Cirebon.

Breakfast was the best in town, I mean it, and there's a full range of facilities including a pool, tennis court, spa, and lounge. The staff were nice and helpful, and check-in and checkout were quick. The location is excellent, only about a 70-metre walk from the train station. The Wi-Fi was poor in my corner room, number 239, so ask for a room closer to the router if you need internet.
