The room was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Everything was messy and disgusting at check-in. At first I thought it was just an old room or building, but the bathroom was dirty too, and the sink and closet were unbearable. The bed was dirty, with crap on the sheet, so I felt uneasy using the blanket. There was a smoky smell as well. I couldn't sleep properly. A mouse ran around the room, and the workers played loud music all night. It drove me nuts. I've never seen such a dirty hotel. Management clearly doesn't seem aware of, or care about, the service and guests.

For the price, it was fine, and the hotel is cheap and in a strategic location. Inside was quite dark, and the furniture looked old in style and color. The bed and pillow had hard foam. The AC was fine, and there was just one electrical outlet. Hot and cold water both worked.

We booked four rooms through Reddoorz, and one of them kept getting moved because its key was broken. The AC wasn't cold, and then at night rats got into two of the rooms. A really bad experience, nothing like what I expect from reddoors.
