The staff were friendly and the location convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed felt quite small, and breakfast was just okay. Hotel NEO Cirebon is affordable and good value if you're after a budget-friendly stay in Cirebon.

The service from mbak Teti was especially good, and breakfast was okay with an adequate selection. My room was clean, with no dirty sheets or bugs. The view was as described, a sea view, though honestly it was mediocre. Parking was difficult. They offered free valet service, but I would have preferred to park without a security guard moving my car. As a Network Engineer, I noticed the Wi-Fi uses Ruijie Wi-Fi 6 Access Points. The connection was stable during my stay, with speed limited to 10mbps per client, which was enough for YouTube and light work. The price was right for the services, so I'll keep this hotel as an option when I visit Cirebon again.

The compact rooms are laid out well and feel open, and I liked the "Neo" look, which feels more upscale than an average budget hotel. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Mbak Susan was always smiling and helpful, making sure my requests were taken care of. For the quality, the price is hard to beat. A stylish stay without spending too much.

Our family likes the connecting room, and the hotel has a nice city view. During romadhon month we switched from breakfast to Sahur, and the food tasted good. See you again.

The room was clean and smelled good, but the refrigerator wasn't working. The customer service was friendly and helpful.
