There was constant noise during my stay, and the toilet didn't work. They never fixed it, so I left dissatisfied and regretted choosing Sans Hotel Widarasari Cirebon.

I booked and paid through the OYO app, including a promo discount. At check-in the receptionist demanded the regular price, so I had to pay extra. Both OYO management and the hotel management deserve one star for this.

I asked whether they had soap and was told they were out. No more questions, I just wanted to get out of there and run.

It's only a place to sleep, so don't expect much.

The staff were nice, and the facilities looked new and worked well. A good, affordable hotel in the city.
