The place was dirty, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and they’d only turned the sheets over instead of changing them. There was just one towel for two guests. People were yelling noisily, so it wasn’t comfortable. I’d already paid the price shown in the app, but they still asked for extra money even though I checked in at 3. Really awful.

The rooms were dirty and uncomfortable, and I was charged extra beyond the Traveloka price. I booked three rooms for around 460 thousand and was asked for another 120 thousand. Check-in was at 7 p.m., and I was already out by 5 a.m. after just using the place to rest. They said it was hotel policy. Since canceling would make a claim through the Traveloka app complicated, I felt I had no choice but to pay. Don’t stay here unless there’s a tsunami and it’s the only hotel left in the world.
