The view was really good, but the cappuccino order turned into an Americano. I told the waiter, and she came back to say I'd have to pay again, even though the mistake was on their side. That was very bad customer service.

We were meant to stay here tonight, but the access road is extremely difficult and scary. It's not wide enough for two-way traffic, and nobody nearby seemed willing to help. If you want guests to have a good experience, you need to manage the route from the main road to the hotel. Have someone on duty around the clock, especially on holidays. Just my two cents.

The food was a real highlight: we ordered 8-10 dishes across Indonesian and Western options and snacks, and every one was spot on. Prices were affordable too. De Pointe Resort and Resto has a cozy atmosphere that feels good for taking a break from busy city life. Great for gathering with family or friends. Bring swimwear if you want to use the infinity pool or warm pool.

Our room was nice and very clean, and the food was really good, especially the desserts. I booked Igloo 1, the leftmost glamping tent, but my car couldn't make it up the access road to the Igloo rooms.
