At night the bathroom feels unsettling, with an open hole in the ceiling that made me worry about rats or someone getting in. The shower didn't work, only the tap did, and there was no soap or shampoo. The room itself is spacious, but the bed, little table and mounted TV are arranged in a way that makes it feel creepy. Rain marks stained the walls and ceiling, the paint was faded, and the sheets had marks that made them look unchanged. Please improve the facilities and staff service so things can be better. Thank you.
