The river sound makes the place feel cool and peaceful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There's hot water, a TV, a blower, and a fan. It gets cold enough here that AC isn't needed. The pool is there too, and although the location is a little tucked away, it's still okay. At around 200,000 Rupiah per room, I'd recommend it, and I'd come back. Hope it keeps getting better. 👍🏼 The property is large, so upkeep takes a lot of work. Some areas have been neglected, with so many accommodations competing here.

I found the place clean, cool, quiet, and comfortable, with the river nearby making a lovely sound and no noise from the surroundings. My room had towels and soap, a working water heater, a spacious clean bathroom with good water flow, a TV that worked, and a fan. There's no WiFi. I was very satisfied and would recommend it. I booked through pintumerah on 22-11-2025 for about 235k, for superior room No.9 (not yasmin). I chose it because it was the closest place to where I needed to be and was affordable. After booking, I noticed the poor Google rating and reviews calling it dirty and scary. I nearly cancelled because I was worried about my 2 year old child, but my husband suggested we check it out. We arrived around 3 pm in light drizzle. It was easy to reach, near a busy alternative highway and not far from the main Puncak highway. The property is huge, and I was nervous at first because few guests had checked in. The staff seemed to understand and offered a room nearer the reception. But No. 9 was bright and clean, and a family with a small child was in the next room, so I stayed there. By morning it was crowded, with the room beside mine occupied too. There were lots of guests, mostly couples and many families. The staff were friendly, and it didn't feel scary at all. I can't speak for the other sections, since the grounds have lots of buildings and rooms arranged in groups. The pool is indoors, so you wouldn't know it was there unless someone told you, haha. The children's toys are broken, though the garden around them is clean.

The room had no AC, just a very dusty fan, and there was no hot water, so the shower felt like refrigerator water. Staff told me on WA that the water heater was broken, even though the red doorz app listed both AC and a heater. I really regret staying here because the facilities were bad, and I regret using red doorz. There aren't any stalls nearby. There's a cafe, but it isn't well stocked. The receptionist mentioned a swimming pool, but I can't see how that's relevant when the room facilities are like this. Be careful with the red doorz app, because tenants can manipulate listings and mislead the public. traveloka or tiket.com may be better.

I've stayed here more times than I can count. The staff are friendly, the room is fairly spacious, and there's an indoor pool. It's not a new building, but it's kept up reasonably well. Hearing the river flowing makes it feel so peaceful.
